photoblog image 'Candid Camera'

'Candid Camera'

The title is a comment from the driver during our brief conversation. Picture is very much 'as was' with  edges sharpened one click. Sunny day, again.

The trees in the background look almost superimposed on the sky, does anybody know why?

What trees? Am I missing something? Don't see no "almost superimposed trees"

EJWilkins: wink ... the green things on the skyline are trees lol
Nice capture! I supposed the trees you're referring to are greens far back... They looked like bushes to me. grin You might be on a hill when you took this and the trees were cut off. I still like the shot. Its as if the horse faced and posed for you. smile
EJWilkins: Thanks for dropping by Francis. Yes, those are the trees I mean, they were quite a long way in the distance. I think the horse was quite interested in what I was doing, so took a good look at me instead of looking where it was going. wink
this is a nice shot ellie. its very clear and i love the colours.
EJWilkins: I'm glad you like the shot Genevieve.

nice shot ellie. good use of space in front of your subject
EJWilkins: Thanks Nev, I wasn't sure whether to chop off some of the greenery to the right of the picture. Looks like I made the right decision. smile
the proportions are very good on this picture, well done Ellie
EJWilkins: Thanks Frederic, I'm never quite sure how 'big' a subject should be in case it becomes overpowering. smile
