Bet you didnt mean that Ellie - above the lens section of the stall it says "cheeses pleases" - isnt that similar to the old school "say cheese"....
Busy interesting shot, and great stall for you to rummage at.

I like this.

~ Rob.
EJWilkins: You're right Rabby, I didn't mean it, but my goodness what a great pun!
My idea of heaven!
Wonderful shot, Ellie!
EJWilkins: He always has a lot to sell, it's great to browse his stall. Thanks Sugarsnaps

seems like a gutsy move to open an outdoor photo stall on a cloudy day in england. =) cheers.
EJWilkins: No choice Alex, there isn't an indoor market. He doesn't tend to be there if it's raining early on, if it starts raining the goods get covered up
Very fun photo to look at, Ellie. I feel I want to take a peek at what's on the shelves and in all the baskets. Thanks for sharing it!
EJWilkins: All sorts of 'important' things in the baskets wink
Very good!
EJWilkins: Thanks Josie smile

A lovely lively picture. I must confess that I would have spent some time at this guy's stall. I am a sucker for interesting market stalls.
EJWilkins: There's always a crowd round this stall, apparently he sells a lot on ebay too.

I love these European markets, Elle! We have flea markets her in America but they're usually inside a building or on a field. I have never seen one here in the streets but we have attended several overseas. Yes, we love rummaging and getting the ethos of these markets. Such a fun memory. Thanks.
EJWilkins: This is one of the largest markets in the area, it's very popular because there are stalls selling almost anything you can want. You know, I hadn't thought of markets like this being a 'European' thing until you mentioned it. Shows I ought to travel a bit more. wink

Ah, I recognise this scene grin well worked shot Ellie. PS the stall behind sells some very nice produce smile
EJWilkins: I thought you might Chris and yes, the 'Cheeses' stall is very popular, and sells a wide range of things to eat, both sweet and savoury pies, cheeses (of course), bacon, butter, jams and chutneys ... and all by very friendly staff. wink
