That is a different rendition of the daffodil than one normally sees, Ellie...I like it!

It's a very nice shot !!! This flower is the first one which ecloded in my garden.

Hey! Look! We're all back up and going. John (SC's tech guy) has been hard at work trying to fix things. He emailed to say they were sorry and that it was caused by an outside attack on their servers.

I like the dark background on this Ellie. Without a boarder it blends so nicely into the black page smile

Hiiii Ellie..It's now my turn to comment on ur block. I love the birds-pictures, but this flower is special. How did you get the black background? I'm a starter, so not that much accustomend with the photography rules en techniques.

EJWilkins: Ah, the black background for this picture was easy - behind the flower was some very dark coloured wood.
If you want to take a picture of a flower indoors you can put some black paper behind it.
