Fantastic! Love the way you put them together. The columns are beautiful, the text informative.

I like composition. Did you not want them to align?
EJWilkins: Err, I didn't think about it until I tried to put them together and aligning the brickwork wasn't an option that I could make work, not without taking a lot of time - which I didn't have. It would have looked better though

I was so busy reading the texts, it took me a second or two to realise that the image was split. Lovely colours in this.

LOL you almost fooled me, I thought this was a symmetry picture, but they are 2 pictures I realised after reading....love it, great tones.
At first I thought this was a symmetry shot and then I realised. Beautiful collage, I like the tones!
I didn't realise you were at the openinggrin Nice pair of pictures.

Well done, Ellie, I love the way you have created the image. Also love the way you have hidden the copyright line. Very clever!

It makes for delightful symmetry, Ellie. At first I thought this was one image! smile

Looking up and capturing good things again Ellie, these no doubt were the V.I.P's of their day.
Good symmetry, Ellie. It is as if you had captured the pages of an open book. I like the idea and the perspective!
