The magic primrose. Read about it and it is the first time I see a picture. Well composed too.
EJWilkins: Ah, but does it grant wishes?
One of nature's delights and well captured
EJWilkins: They are indeed a delight, I love to see them

It all seems a long time ago now Ellie: lovely shot
EJWilkins: It does seem a long time ago, but we have a primrose plant that flowers right through to autumn.

Oh the charm of early summer...all gone.
EJWilkins: We've still got one plant stubbornly refusing to acknowledge that spring is long past

Primrose's remind me of gardening with my nan...her garden always had them..Lovely Ellie
EJWilkins: Hmm, bluebells remind me of my grandparents garden, it was carpeted with them in spring - at least that's what my memory tells me.

I've always liked the name, primroses, Ellie. There's something so proper about them. grin
EJWilkins: Oh yes, a prim and proper rose wink
Funny, I thought we were heading into Autumn

;-) richard
EJWilkins: And if the temperatures continue to plummet it looks as if it'll be an early autumn this year. Even so we still have a yellow primrose flowering in our garden. Haven't a clue why
Excellent shot, really lovely composition.
